15421-1 NOTICE OF APPLICATION SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT The Town of Oak Creek hereby gives notice that an application for a Special Event Permit has been filed with the Town Administrator/Clerk for Oak Creek Labor Day Committee’s (Committee) use of Main Street on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 1, 2 and 3, 2017 and Decker Park on Monday, September 4, 2017 for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquor in conjunction with Labor Day weekend activities sponsored by the Committee. A public hearing, concerning this application will be held before the Board of Trustees on Thursday, June 22, 2017, at the regular Board meeting beginning at 6:00 PM at Town Hall, 129 Nancy Crawford Blvd., Oak Creek. Comments, either in support or in opposition, may be filed with the Town Administrator/Clerk, PO Box 128, Oak Creek CO 80467, at any time prior to the date of the hearing or may be presented as testimony at the hearing.
